Goose Creek Memorial High School
We are a student-led club dedicated to ending the stigma surrounding mental health. Our approach is simple: honest, judgment-free conversation, and a community where asking how someone is really doing is treated as ordinary.
01. The idea
Bring Change to Mind (BC2M) began as a national movement to end the stigma and discrimination surrounding mental health. Our chapter at Goose Creek Memorial carries that same mission into our own community through open discussion, campus events, and a genuine effort to make seeking support feel ordinary.
We are not counselors, and we do not offer diagnoses. We are students who show up, listen carefully, and make sure no one on this campus feels like they are facing something difficult on their own.
Monthly meetings that treat mental health as a subject worth discussing directly, not avoiding.
Campus events and campaigns that challenge stereotypes and the silence that often surrounds this topic.
Sharing credible resources and recognizing when a conversation calls for additional support.
A welcoming space to connect with others and be part of something genuinely meaningful.
02. Save the date
Feel free to bring a friend. New members are always welcome, and prior attendance is never required.
